A 12 page booklet containing over 600 medical words and adjectives, with 60 abbreviations, pneumonics, used in completing Patient Report Forms, plus 10 diagrams to help name the locations of the body.

This has not been created to give you definitions. My reasoning is; “if you do not know what the word means, then you were never going to use it anyway,” however if a patient describes a condition or symptom, this should help you to put it into their words.
